I'm on the lookout for a new roommate!A room in my two bedroom apartment will be available indefinitely starting from May.You'll have a furnished room with a single bed, a chest of drawers, and a clothing rack. Additionally, a desk, lamp, and desk chair are provided. They can be placed in the room or in the spacious living room, which serves as your workspace and is kept quiet accordingly. The room has an approximate area of 8m2.We'll be sharing this spacious apartment, which includes a hallway, well-equipped kitchen, living room, and an extra room with a dishwasher and washing machine. There's also a cellar (where we securely store bikes for longer durations).The toilet is separate, and the bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and plenty of storage.The apartment is conveniently located and accessible by stairs or elevator in a safe and quiet building. It's situated in the centre of Eindhoven, only a 2-minute walk from a Jumbo store. The TU/e is less than 10 minutes away by bike, and the central station is also only a 5-minute bike ride away.The apartment is managed by a serious agency with whom you will sign a proper contract. The monthly rent is €925 excluding around €100 for water, gas, electricity and wifi. A deposit of €2000 is required by the agency from each tenant and will be returned at the end of the lease.The room is available from May. Registration is possible.I'm a sociable, friendly, and calm student at TU/e. I take my studies and my health very seriously. I consider my home as my quiet study place.For this reason, I would prefer a student who understands the importance of keeping the apartment a quiet place.
