I plan on moving out from TSH and will like to find someone to take over my contract on earliest July 1, 2023. The contract for my room officially ends on August 28, 2023, but can be extended based on the availability of rooms for the next semester. Registration is possible at TSH.The Social Hub is located right in the center of the city, next to Eindhoven Centraal (train station). It is also in walkable distance from supermarkets (Albert Heijn) and universities (TU/e and Fontys).Each room (18 sq m.) contains a queen-sized bed, private bathroom (toilet and shower), TV, desk, wardrobe, and air conditioning. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen with other members from the floor (around 10) with personal kitchen storage space. Also included in the rent is free access to the gym, free laundry service, free bikes, free study rooms, and many activities and events planned by the staff for hotel residents. There is a restaurant in the building where you can purchase meal bundles at a reasonable price.Other things included in the rent:- Monthly room cleaning and linen + towels change- Free WI-Fi- 24/7 reception service and security- Mailboxes located in the entrance + package storage by receptionThe rent is on average around 975 euros per month, more specifically 32,25eu per night.
