Hi! I am looking for someone to takeover my TSH (The Social Hub) contract. The contract is until the 16th of August 2024, and it can start from the 1st of July (1 month and a half) or the 1st of August (half a month)The building is a 2-minute walk from the Central Station and a 5-minute bike ride away from the TU/e campus. The room is located on the 14th floor with a view of the city. It comes with a spacious closet, queen-size bed, desk, tv, private bathroom and a shared kitchen, and the rent is around 31.92€ per day (an average of 950 per month), including utilities. The rent also includes access to a free gym, a free Swapfiets bike, laundry, and monthly fun activities.
