Dear all,We now have a furnished room available in a 104 m² house on Juliusstraat, Eindhoven. The house is shared with one human roommate and one cat roommate.Registration is possible.7 minutes walking to Eindhoven Strijp-S train station, 10 minutes biking to central station, located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. With 2 supermarkets, a few cute cafés and the best bakery in town nearby.The room is about 17m², plus your own storage space (see floor plan). It is furnished and will be provided with a desk, closets, and a single bed (not shown in the picture). The house contains a kitchen, bathroom, additional toilet, a huge garden and wood workshop.The price is €540 per month excluding utilities. Gas, water, and electricity are approximately €110 per month depending on usage.Pets in some situations are allowed. Since there is a 3-year-old cat who enjoys her own space, ideally no cats or dogs.We're looking for someone who:-Can commit to at least one year (longer-term preferred)-Respects shared spaces and maintains a peaceful home environmentWe prioritize queer, gender non-conforming, gender dissident, trans, female, non-binary, people of color, and immigrants.
